Meet Dr. Molly Haslett

Discovering her Mission

“Kia Ora!
My appreciation for the nervous system and its role in overall health began in my early twenties after a fall left me with debilitating lower back pain. With my brother being a chiropractor, I experienced firsthand how specific spinal analysis and adjustments could support healing. Not only did I move away from chronic pain, I was able to get back to doing all the things I loved.

That experience inspired me to return to study for five years to better understand the incredible human body and its innate ability to heal when given the right conditions. My mission is to educate and support others—helping them heal, adapt, and perform at their best.

I use a combination of Diversified, Activator, and Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) to provide care that is specific, and tailored to each individual. I genuinely enjoy working with people and families from all walks of life—from newborns just days old through to our wonderful retirees, and everyone in between.

While I’m confident in addressing a wide range of presentations, I have a special interest in neck pain, headaches, and jaw dysfunction. I also love caring for pregnant mums and their bubs, supporting this beautiful dyad through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I’m currently undertaking a two-year postgraduate diplomate in paediatrics to continue deepening my knowledge in this area.

Outside of practice, I love getting outdoors with my family—whether it’s biking, camping, or a game of tennis. Working and raising a family in beautiful Hawke’s Bay is something I’m truly grateful for, and I feel privileged to support the health of this awesome community.”
